A Beautiful Rose Once in a garden so beautifully sown A lovely young flower did bud A Rose of such perfection All gathered around where she stood God provided just the right sunshine Let the right amount of rain fall The precious White Rose was an attraction The prettiest flower of them all One day the petals began drooping The form of the Rose was all torn The beauty was taken by illness She had since the day she was born This beautiful Rose was a baby Born into her family of flowers She had brought to all of them comfort WIth all she had spent many hours But the cancer engulfed her sweet body And quickly it took it's toll She's now blooming in Glory Where she'll never be sick or get old If you should go there before I do Please tell her I love her so kind This precious Rose is so pretty I'm sure she wont be heard to find © Raylene Boggs
